Project Division
Give assistance to projects related to the Ministry of Wildlife and Forest Conservation and give Ministry’s contribution on behalf of the projects carried out by other Ministries
Functions
· Introduction of new methodology in appropriate with Sri Lanka in order to improve the functions of the Departments of Wildlife Conservation and Forest Conservation.
· Look into the requirement of enactment of Acts, regulations and laws relevant to the Ministry.
· Look into the media and publication activities of the Ministry and implementation of a proper procedure.
· Giving necessary assistance for the Eco-system Conservation and Management Project (ESCAMP) Wilpattu Buffer zone Management Project (GIZ) whenever required.
